Seeking a senior finance partner to join a leading US law firm’s New York capital markets team. The role focuses on advising on a broad range of securities and structured finance transactions for corporate and institutional clients.

The position is partner-level and ideal for a candidate with an established capital markets practice who can lead matters, originate work and mentor junior lawyers. You will work alongside an experienced transactional team on high‑value financings and securities offerings.

Established partner with substantial capital markets / securities and finance experience
Proven record of client origination and relationship management; portable practice preferred
Strong technical skills in securities law, public and private offerings, and structured financings
Track record of leading deal teams and mentoring associates
Admission to practice in New York or eligible for admission
