Leading US firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking team in Charlotte. The role focuses on advising lenders and borrowers on a broad range of banking and finance matters, including syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, asset-based lending, and other commercial finance transactions.

The partner will take a senior role within the practice, leading engagements, supervising associates, and working closely with other practice groups on cross-disciplinary matters. Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions.
Proven ability to lead deals and manage client relationships.
Business development skills and willingness to grow a portable practice preferred.
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
Experience supervising and mentoring associates and working collaboratively across practice teams.
