The partner will lead deal execution, manage and develop client relationships, and work collaboratively with teams across the firm. This is an opportunity for a partner with a portable practice or demonstrable business-development track record to expand existing client work in the Southeast.

Partner-level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
Proven track record of originating and managing complex financings and leading deal teams
Strong client relationships and a demonstrated ability to develop business
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
