Leading U.S. law firm is seeking a partner to join its Finance & Banking team in Charlotte to lead and build a private credit and lending practice. The role will involve advising lenders and sponsors on a range of financing transactions, managing deal teams, and owning client relationships.

The team handles syndicated and bilateral loans, private credit arrangements and related finance work across industries. The role offers significant responsibility for origination, client engagement and cross‑practice collaboration with corporate and restructuring colleagues.

Established partner with significant experience in banking and finance transactions, including private credit or direct lending.
Proven track record leading deals and managing teams on complex financing matters.
Business development capability; ability to bring or grow a portable client base and win new mandates.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to transfer; excellent client‑facing and drafting skills.
