Experienced finance partner sought to join the finance and banking practice of a national firm’s Charlotte office. The role focuses on leading lending and other commercial finance matters, developing client relationships, and mentoring junior lawyers within a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates will have a track record of originating and managing finance work and will take an active role in business development and practice growth. The firm supports partners with portable practices and is open to lateral candidates bringing client relationships.

Established finance and banking practice at partner level with demonstrable deal experience
Proven ability to originate business and manage client relationships (portable practice welcomed)
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; history of supervising teams on complex transactions
Licensed or able to become licensed in the relevant state jurisdiction
