Seeking a Lateral Partner to join the finance team of a major national firm’s Charlotte office. The role focuses on structured finance and securitization work, with opportunities to lead transactions across leveraged and structured finance matters.

The team advises lenders, issuers and sponsors on complex financing structures; the successful candidate will have a visible origination and deal leadership role and collaborate with national practice groups. This is a partner-level opening where bringing or developing a portable practice is encouraged.

Established partner with substantial experience in structured finance / securitization and leveraged finance
Proven track record leading complex financings and managing cross‑functional deal teams
Business development skills and a portable practice or demonstrable capacity to originate work
Admissions and credentials appropriate for practicing in the U.S.; strong client relationship and communication skills
