Top-tier international law practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Boston finance and corporate team. The role focuses on transactional work for asset and investment management clients, including fund-related financings and investment-vehicle matters.

The team handles complex, market-facing deals and is looking for a partner who can lead transactions, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development. A portable practice is welcome but not required; the firm values demonstrable deal experience and client-facing capability.

Established transactional partner with significant experience in finance and corporate work, ideally with asset/investment management matters.
Track record leading financings and fund-related transactions.
Strong drafting, client-management and team leadership skills.
Ability and appetite to originate work and participate in business development; portable client relationships are a plus but not mandatory.
