Senior finance and corporate partner role in a major national practice group based in Los Angeles. The team advises investment managers and asset-management clients on high-value fund and investment-vehicle matters and related transactional work.

The firm is seeking a partner to bring deep technical experience in investment-management and asset-management transactions, help lead and expand the practice in the region, and work closely with cross-office deal teams.

Proven partner-level experience in asset-management or investment-management transactions and fund work.
Demonstrated track record of leading complex finance and corporate matters and advising institutional clients.
Strong client-development and team leadership skills; a portable practice is welcome.
Licensed or able to be licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or jurisdictions.
