Top-tier international law firm seeks an experienced lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. finance and corporate practice. The role focuses on asset and investment management matters across both transactional and regulatory aspects.

The team advises institutional clients and investment managers on complex fund, investment management and related financing work. The practice offers significant client exposure and the opportunity to lead and grow a national practice group.

Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (D.C. or eligible for admission).
Established partner with substantial experience in finance, corporate and investment/asset management matters.
Demonstrated ability to originate and manage complex transactions and to lead deal teams.
Strong client relationships and business development skills; a portable practice is welcome but not strictly required.
