Seeking a partner to join a national full-service firm’s Finance & Banking practice in the Dallas office. The role focuses on leading banking and commercial finance matters, advising lenders and borrowers on a range of transactions, and supervising deal teams.

The successful candidate will have an established transactional practice, demonstrate client-development capability, and play a visible role in growing the regional practice. The firm offers platform support from a broad national network while preserving significant local autonomy.

Established partner-level experience in banking and commercial finance transactions.
Proven client development and origination ability; a portable book of business is welcome.
Experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers on complex financings.
Active bar admission in Texas (or ability to obtain) and excellent communication skills.
