Senior partner-level opening in a Finance & Banking practice focused on structured finance and securitization. The role will lead and grow a securitization/structured finance practice in the Dallas office, advising on complex financing structures and transactions.

We are seeking an experienced partner with a proven transaction record and the ability to originate and manage client relationships. Portable client relationships and a demonstrated capability to build a team and develop business are welcome.

Established partner with substantial experience in structured finance and securitization transactions.
Proven track record originating and closing complex financings and managing deal teams.
Strong commercial drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills.
Admission to practise in the relevant US jurisdiction (state bar) or ability to transfer admission as required.
