Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a finance and banking practice from the Denver office of a highly regarded firm. The role focuses on complex lending, banking transactions and capital markets work across commercial finance matters.

The firm is seeking a partner with an established transactional practice who can advise sophisticated borrowers and lenders, manage deal teams, and contribute to business development and client relationship growth. The group works on cross-practice matters and collaborates with other industry-focused teams.

Candidates nationwide will be considered; a portable practice or proven ability to generate and steward client relationships is welcome.

Established partner-level background in finance and banking transactions, including lending and capital markets matters
Proven track record of originating and managing complex deals and leading deal teams
Strong client development and relationship-management skills; portable practice considered
Excellent drafting, negotiation and commercial judgment
Active bar membership and JD (or equivalent) required
