Established international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Pittsburgh finance team, focusing on structured finance and securitization matters. The role will involve originating and executing complex financings, advising sponsors and lenders, and leading deal teams on both domestic and cross-border transactions.

The team handles leveraged and structured finance across industries; the firm is looking for a senior lawyer who can build and grow a portable practice, mentor associates, and contribute to business development.

Proven partner-level experience in structured finance and securitization (including leveraged and structured financings)
Track record of originating or managing complex financings and directing deal teams
Demonstrable business development ability and willingness/ability to bring a portable practice
Strong drafting, negotiation and client-management skills; bar admission and JD or equivalent
