The team advises on a broad range of lending matters and seeks a partner who will manage client relationships, lead deal execution and contribute to the practice’s strategic growth in the region. The position offers a platform to build and sustain a portable practice.

Proven partner-level banking and finance transactional experience (syndicated loans, asset-based lending, or similar).
Demonstrated client origination and relationship management skills; ability to develop a portable practice.
Track record leading deal teams and executing complex finance transactions.
Authorized to work and able to be based in San Francisco.
