Partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions (commercial lending, asset-based lending, syndicated or real-estate-backed financing)
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable business welcomed
Bar admission in Florida or ability to become admitted
Strong transaction management skills and experience mentoring junior lawyers
