Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a Compliance & Regulatory practice from its Sarasota office. The role focuses on healthcare regulatory work and matters for clients in media and advertising, including FDA-related regulatory counseling.

The partner will advise healthcare and commercial clients on compliance programs, regulatory risk, and advertising/promotional issues, and will work collaboratively with cross-practice teams. This is a client-facing role with expectations to originate and expand business locally and nationally.

Proven partner-level experience advising on regulatory and compliance matters, with a focus on healthcare and FDA-related issues.
Experience handling advertising/promotional regulatory work and media-related compliance matters.
Demonstrable client development skills and comfort building a portable practice or growing existing business.
Bar admission or ability to become admitted in relevant jurisdiction; strong communication and team leadership abilities.
