Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Atlanta finance and securities team. The role will focus on capital markets and related finance matters, advising corporate and institutional clients on complex transactions and regulatory issues.

The partner will have an opportunity to develop or bring a portable practice, work collaboratively with cross‑practice teams, and play a visible role in business development and client relationship management.

Established partner with a proven practice in finance, capital markets or securities.
Experience leading complex transactions and managing client relationships; demonstrable business development capability.
Strong technical skills in securities law and commercial finance; familiarity with applicable regulatory frameworks.
Juris Doctor and active bar admission; excellent drafting, negotiation and team leadership skills.
