Experienced finance and corporate partner sought for a Dallas office of a leading global law firm. The role will focus on transactions and regulatory matters for asset managers and investment-management clients.

The team advises on a mix of fund, investment management and related finance matters; the hire will lead client engagements, supervise deal execution and help grow the practice in the region.

Portable practice welcome; the firm is open to candidates with or without a large, established book of business and will consider both established and developing partner-level practices.

Partner-level experience in finance, banking and/or corporate transactional work.
Proven track record advising asset managers or investment-management clients.
Experience leading teams and managing complex transactions or regulatory matters.
Strong client-development skills; portable books welcomed but not required.
Active bar admission and JD (or equivalent) required.
