Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Raleigh office to build and lead finance, corporate and securities work. The role will focus on transactions and advisory matters across private equity, venture capital and capital markets.

The team works on a broad range of client matters across industries; the hire will be expected to develop and expand a market-facing practice in the region while collaborating with national and international colleagues.

Portable business is important for this role; the firm is looking for a partner with an established client base and demonstrable ability to originate and grow relationships.

Partner-level experience in finance, corporate and/or securities practice areas
Demonstrable track record advising on private equity, venture capital or capital markets transactions
Proven business development ability and an existing portable practice or pipeline
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (or ability to obtain)
