Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Finance & Energy practice in Dallas to lead and expand renewable energy and project finance work. The role focuses on structuring and negotiating financings for energy projects, advising sponsors, lenders and commercial counterparties on complex transactions.

The team handles domestic project finance and renewable energy matters across the United States. The successful partner will have significant transaction experience, be comfortable leading deal teams, and play an active business-development role to grow a portable practice.

Established partner with a strong record in project finance and renewable energy transactions.
Proven ability to lead complex financings and manage transaction teams.
Business-development skills and a portable practice or demonstrable pipeline preferred.
Active Texas bar admission or ability to become licensed in the state; JD required.
