Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Wilmington finance and insurance practice. The role centers on transactional and counseling work at the intersection of finance and insurance, supporting clients on corporate financings, insurance-linked transactions and related regulatory matters.

The team seeks an experienced partner who will bring a portable practice or client relationships and who can originate and lead matters. The position offers senior responsibility on sophisticated deals and collaboration with a multi-office team across the country.

Established partner with a track record in finance-related matters and insurance-market transactions (transactional, regulatory and advisory work).
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong professional references.
Excellent commercial judgment, deal leadership and team collaboration skills.
