Lateral Partner — Finance, Intellectual Property & Litigation (Minneapolis)

Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy practice handling leveraged and structured finance work together with IP-focused litigation matters. The role will lead client engagements, develop origination opportunities and work across finance and patent-litigation matters for sophisticated corporate and institutional clients.

The team combines finance transactional capability with contentious IP experience; the partner will be expected to manage high-value matters, supervise junior lawyers and coordinate with cross-practice colleagues in other offices.

• Proven partner-level experience in leveraged and structured finance and/or patent litigation.
• Portable practice and demonstrated ability to originate or bring existing client relationships.
• Track record managing complex matters and supervising case teams.
• Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to meet local practice requirements.
