Work will span commercial lending, consumer finance (including card programs), and public finance matters. The position offers an opportunity to grow and lead a cross-practice finance group in a busy regional office.

Established partner with significant experience in finance and lending transactions.
Proven track record advising on commercial lending, consumer finance (including card programs), and public finance.
Demonstrated client-development skills and a portable practice or existing client relationships.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
