Leading national law firm seeks an experienced partner to join its Minneapolis office to strengthen the Securities and Finance & Banking practices. The role will focus on transactional and regulatory matters for investment management and securities clients, working across capital markets, fund work and related financing arrangements.

The successful candidate will have a partner-level track record of originating and managing client relationships, supervising deal teams, and delivering commercially focused legal advice. This is a visible role with opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s national platform.

Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable business development pipeline in securities, investment management or related finance work are encouraged to apply.

Partner-level experience in securities and finance transactions and regulatory matters.
Proven client development skills and experience managing a team of attorneys.
Admissions and standing to practise in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
Strong technical drafting, negotiation and project-management abilities.
