Senior finance partner role for an established Minneapolis practice handling a broad range of lending and finance work. The team advises on commercial and consumer lending matters, card programs, and public finance transactions.

The firm is seeking a partner who will lead client engagements, develop business, and mentor junior lawyers. There is opportunity to bring a portable practice and contribute to growth across the practice’s commercial, consumer and public finance streams.

Proven partner-level experience in finance and lending (commercial lending, consumer finance, payments, or public finance)
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Strong technical skills in finance documentation and transaction execution
Demonstrated business development and team leadership experience
