Seeking a lateral partner to join a major US law firm’s Minneapolis office to lead and grow its finance and corporate work for investment and asset management clients. The role focuses on high-value transactional and regulatory matters across fund formation, investment vehicles, and related corporate finance work.

The team offers collaborative resources across practice groups nationally and expects the partner to handle client-facing responsibilities, develop business, and mentor junior lawyers. Candidates with an established, portable practice in investment/asset management or related corporate finance matters are encouraged to apply.

Partner-level transactional experience in investment management, asset management or related corporate/finance matters
Proven record of client development and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates
Active bar admission and JD (or equivalent) required
