Partner — Corporate & Intellectual Property, Minneapolis

Well-established national law firm seeks a partner to lead and grow a cross-disciplinary practice in corporate transactions and intellectual property, with significant activity in energy and life‑sciences matters. The role combines deal work (M&A, private equity and transactional matters) with client relationship development and team leadership.

The successful candidate will advise corporate and IP-savvy clients on complex, high-value transactions, collaborate closely with existing practice teams, and play a central role in originating new work across the region and industry sectors.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in M&A, private equity and transactional matters; demonstrable IP-related transactional experience a plus
• Proven record of client origination and business development
• Strong leadership and ability to integrate with multidisciplinary teams
