Partner, Intellectual Property — Minneapolis

Senior hire sought to lead and grow an established intellectual property practice in the Minneapolis office. The role focuses on patent and trademark work, including counseling, prosecution, and contentious matters across technology and related industries.

The partner will handle IP litigation and enforcement matters, supervise junior lawyers, and develop business from existing and new clients. The team does not handle streaming-platform vendor work; experience with branded-technology and device-related matters is preferred.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Substantial partner-level experience in patent and trademark matters, including litigation and prosecution
• Proven track record of originating and developing client relationships
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to manage and mentor a team
