Partner — Corporate & M&A (Capital Markets / Private Equity) — Minneapolis

Leading global law firm is seeking a partner to join its Minneapolis corporate team with a national capital-markets and private‑equity platform. The role will focus on complex M&A, issuer-side capital markets work, private‑equity transactions and technology and life‑sciences sector matters, with opportunities to work across other U.S. offices.

Ideal candidates will bring a clear commercial orientation, experience leading deal teams and the ability to originate and deepen client relationships. This is a visible role within a growing multi‑practice platform that handles both transactional and related advisory work.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in M&A, capital markets and/or private equity transactions
• Track record of originating and leading complex deals and managing client relationships
• Experience advising clients in technology, life‑sciences, financial services or energy sectors preferred
