Lateral Partner — Finance, IP & Antitrust Litigation — New York

Senior litigation partner opportunity in New York for an experienced lawyer with a blended finance, patent litigation and antitrust practice. The role sits in a national firm platform and will handle high‑stakes patent and antitrust disputes, often arising from private equity, life‑sciences and technology matters.

The team works collaboratively across finance, IP and competition disciplines and litigates before federal courts and regulatory bodies. The role includes case leadership, developing litigation strategy and mentoring junior lawyers, with strong internal support from transactional and regulatory colleagues.

• Established partner with substantial trial and litigation experience in patent and/or antitrust matters.
• Proven experience handling disputes connected to finance/private equity transactions and technology or life‑sciences clients.
• Track record of originating or maintaining client relationships; portable business welcomed.
• Demonstrated team leadership and ability to manage complex multi‑jurisdictional matters.
• Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in federal courts.
