Partner opportunity in San Francisco for an experienced lawyer to lead and grow practices across finance, intellectual property (patent litigation) and antitrust. The role will work with matters at the intersection of private equity, life sciences/technology and energy.

The firm is seeking a senior practitioner who can originate and manage client relationships, handle complex litigation and transactional work, and collaborate across cross‑disciplinary teams. This position offers leadership responsibilities within an established US firm platform while maintaining freedom to develop a portable practice.

Established partner-level pedigree with demonstrable experience in one or more of: private equity, patent litigation, antitrust litigation or complex finance matters
Proven business development skills and a portable client base or clear originations capability
Track record managing high‑stakes litigation and/or major transactional matters and leading teams
Bar admission and good standing where required; strong written and oral advocacy skills
