Senior finance partner role within a busy London capital markets and securities practice. The role will focus on advising on debt and equity capital markets transactions, regulatory matters and related structured financings.

The team advises corporates, financial institutions and sponsors on cross-border and domestic deals; the successful candidate will join an established practice and work on high-value financings and securities matters alongside a team of transactional lawyers.

There is an expectation of a portable practice or the ability to generate and originate work in the UK market; the appointment is aimed at a partner-level lawyer with an existing client network in capital markets.

Established partner or equivalent with a track record in capital markets, securities and financing transactions.
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Strong technical skills in equity/debt capital markets and regulatory aspects.
Admission to practice in the UK or eligibility to be admitted; fluent English and experience on cross-border deals.
