Senior finance and securities partner role with a nationally recognized law firm’s Salt Lake City office. The role focuses on capital markets and related finance transactions, leading deal teams and advising corporate and issuer clients across public and private offerings.

The successful candidate will take a leading role on transactions, mentor associates, and help develop and expand the office’s capital markets capability. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination experience is desirable.

Established partner-level experience in capital markets, securities or finance transactions.
Track record of leading deals and managing teams on complex financings or securities matters.
Proven business development ability or a portable practice.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) or eligibility to obtain admission.
