Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Atlanta team to lead healthcare regulatory and transactional matters. The role blends licensing and regulatory counseling with cross-practice transactional work for healthcare industry clients.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teams across compliance, corporate and regulatory practices, developing client relationships and contributing to business development in the region. This is a partner-level role with expectations for a portable practice and originating work.

Established partner with proven healthcare regulatory/licensing experience
Track record of transactional work involving healthcare clients and cross-practice collaboration
Strong business development and client relationship skills; ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
