Seeking a partner-level hire to lead and expand a healthcare compliance and regulatory practice in the Boston office. The role focuses on counseling healthcare and life sciences clients on regulatory issues, enforcement defense, transactional regulatory risk, and compliance program development.

The team advises a mix of providers, payors and life sciences companies on state and federal regulatory matters. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross‑practice colleagues and play a visible role in client service and business development.

Established partner with significant healthcare regulatory and compliance experience.
Demonstrated experience advising life sciences or healthcare industry clients on enforcement, transactional and compliance matters.
Proven record of leading teams and managing client relationships.
Business development capability; portable practice or demonstrable client origination is a plus.
