Senior lateral partner opportunity in Boston with a major international firm seeking to expand its corporate, healthcare/life‑sciences and intellectual property capabilities. The role will focus on M&A, capital markets and transactional work for clients across healthcare, technology and life‑sciences sectors, with opportunities to collaborate with related litigation and IP teams.

Both established groups and individual partners are of interest. The role involves leading client engagements, originating and expanding client relationships, and working closely with cross‑office sector teams.

Proven partner‑level track record in corporate transactions (M&A and/or capital markets) with sector experience in healthcare, life sciences or technology
Experience handling technology transactions and/or IP‑related matters; litigation experience a plus
Demonstrable client relationships and ability to originate business (portable book of business welcome)
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; ability to work across multi‑disciplinary teams
Eligible to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction
