Lateral Partner — Healthcare, Compliance & Regulatory — Washington, D.C.

Highly regarded national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. team focusing on healthcare, compliance and regulatory matters with transactional work. The role sits at the intersection of regulatory counseling and deal work and will work closely with corporate and cross-practice colleagues to advise healthcare clients on licensing, regulatory compliance and commercial transactions.

The partner will lead client engagements, develop business, and collaborate across practices to deliver integrated solutions. The role offers significant client-facing responsibility and the opportunity to grow a portable practice or expand existing client relationships.

• Established partner-level experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters.
• Demonstrated experience advising on licensing, compliance, and related regulatory issues.
• Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships and participate in business development.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills for cross-practice work.
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in Washington, D.C.
