Partner — Corporate (M&A) — Washington, D.C.

Senior corporate partner sought to join a busy M&A and transactional practice in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on leading mergers & acquisitions, complex transactional matters and corporate governance work for a range of corporate clients.

The successful candidate will lead deal teams, manage client relationships, and work collaboratively with colleagues across practice groups. There is a clear expectation to originate and grow client work; a portable book of business is welcome.

• Established partner-level experience in M&A and transactional work
