Senior corporate partner opportunity to join an established Washington, D.C. corporate team focused on mergers & acquisitions, general transactional work and corporate governance. The role will lead complex deals, advise boards and senior management, and manage cross‑office transaction teams.

We are looking for an experienced partner to expand and deepen a transactional practice, handle high‑value matters from lead counsel positions, and develop client relationships. A portable practice or demonstrated originations capability is welcome.

The team operates on a national platform with market‑leading sector clients and provides strong institutional support for business development and client service.

Partner‑level experience in M&A and other corporate transactions with a proven track record of leading deals
Experience advising on corporate governance and board matters
Demonstrated client origination and relationship management; portable practice welcomed
Proven team leadership, supervisory and mentoring experience
Admission to the DC bar or eligibility to become admitted
