Senior hire to lead and grow a healthcare-focused regulatory and transactional practice from the firm's Seattle office. The role combines regulatory licensing and compliance work with healthcare transactions, working across practices to serve institutional and provider clients.

The practice will collaborate closely with corporate and regulatory teams on cross-practice matters. This is a partner-track lateral role for an experienced practitioner who can originate and manage client engagements and contribute to business development.

Proven partner-level experience in healthcare regulatory, licensing and transactional matters.
Track record of originating or materially growing client work; portable business preferred.
Ability to lead client teams and collaborate with corporate and compliance colleagues.
Bar admission or eligibility to practise in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
