Partner, Corporate & Antitrust — Seattle

Leading national law firm is hiring a lateral partner to join its corporate and antitrust practices in the Seattle office. The role will combine transactional work (M&A, private equity, venture) with antitrust counseling and litigation support for complex, cross‑border matters.

The team serves clients across the United States and the United Kingdom and the firm has recently expanded to increase London and US–Asia capabilities. There is clear openness to hiring groups where appropriate; successful candidates will engage with firm leadership early in the onboarding process and benefit from national platform resources.

• Established partner with a demonstrable portable book of business (required).
• Proven track record in M&A, private equity, venture capital or antitrust matters; strong commercial litigation experience a plus.
• Experience originating and managing client relationships and leading deal teams; openness to group hires where relevant.
• Comfort working on cross‑border matters and coordinating with teams across multiple offices.
