Leading international firm seeks a partner to join its Seattle corporate and technology practice. The role will focus on corporate M&A, capital markets, emerging growth and technology transactions, with close interaction with IP litigation and transactional teams.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead client relationships, originate matters and work cross‑practice on complex transactions for clients in technology, life sciences, financial services and other industries. This position offers significant business-development support and collaboration with national and international teams.

Established partner with a proven track record in M&A and capital markets, and experience advising emerging growth and technology clients.
Portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and develop new client relationships.
Strong transactional and deal management skills; comfortable leading complex, cross‑border matters.
Excellent collaborator with experience working across corporate, IP and technology teams; admitted to the relevant US bar.
