Leading global law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Seattle corporate team with a focus on healthcare and life sciences. The role will work on M&A, capital markets and technology-related corporate transactions, and will collaborate with IP and litigation teams on cross-practice matters.

The successful candidate will join a growing regional platform and work with national and international deal teams. A portable practice is desirable; the role suits a partner able to originate and lead complex corporate and healthcare-focused transactions.

Established partner with a track record in corporate transactions, ideally including M&A and capital markets.
Experience in healthcare and/or life sciences preferred; technology transactions and IP-related work a plus.
Proven ability to originate business and manage client relationships; portable book of business desirable.
Strong commercial judgment, team leadership experience, and ability to work on cross-border matters.
