Senior healthcare partner opportunity with a major national law firm’s Dallas office. The role will lead and grow a market-facing healthcare and life sciences practice, advising hospitals, provider organizations, payors and related companies on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The team handles a broad mix of matters across healthcare regulatory, commercial contracts, transactional work and life‑sciences matters. The practice offers opportunities to work on cross‑office, national healthcare engagements and to build relationships with institutional and corporate clients.

Established partner with significant healthcare and/or life sciences experience.
Track record advising hospitals, health systems, payors, life‑sciences companies or healthcare providers on regulatory, transactional and compliance issues.
Ability to originate and grow client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business development capacity preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills; comfortable working on multi‑office matters.
