Leading healthcare/life-sciences team seeks a lateral partner to join its Boston office. The role will focus on advising life‑sciences and healthcare clients across regulatory, transactional and strategic matters within the practice group.

The successful candidate will join an established team and help expand market presence and client relationships. The position is location‑based in Boston with flexibility to handle matters across the United States.

Compensation and starting package will be evaluated on a sliding scale relative to experience and contribution; candidates with a portable practice or established client relationships are encouraged to apply, though a specific book size is not required.

Partner-level experience in healthcare and life‑sciences matters, with a strong record of client advisement.
Proven business development skills and ability to originate or grow client relationships.
Admissions and standing to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and supervise junior lawyers.
