Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its healthcare litigation practice in the Baltimore office. The role focuses on defending and advising healthcare and life‑sciences clients across complex commercial and regulatory disputes.

The partner will lead case strategy, manage trial and appellate work where required, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with cross‑practice teams on matters touching regulatory, compliance and corporate issues. The position offers the opportunity to grow an established practice and contribute to business development efforts in the region.

Proven partner‑level experience in healthcare and life‑sciences litigation, including substantial trial or contested‑litigation exposure.
Track record of managing complex cases and supervising associates.
Ability to originate or develop client relationships; portable practice welcomed.
Licensed or able to become licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and able to travel as required.
