National law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Baltimore securities and finance practice. The role will handle transactional and regulatory matters across investment management, securities work and related litigation, working with institutional and corporate clients.

The team offers cross-practice collaboration with capital markets, regulatory and litigation lawyers and a platform to develop a market-facing practice. The firm is looking for an experienced partner who can lead matters, mentor junior lawyers and build client relationships locally and regionally.

Established partner with demonstrable experience in securities, investment management or finance matters.
Track record of leading transactions and handling regulatory or securities-related litigation.
Portable practice or book of business preferred; ability to originate and develop client relationships.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to be based in Baltimore.
