Leading global law firm is seeking an experienced lateral partner to join its Corporate practice in Baltimore, with a strong focus on M&A, capital markets and technology-related transactions. The role will work across corporate, securities and IP matters, advising emerging growth companies, life sciences and technology clients as well as strategic and private equity buyers and issuers.

The team handles a mix of buy- and sell-side M&A, private equity transactions, issuer-side capital markets work and tech/transactional matters, and collaborates closely with industry-focused lawyers across offices. The firm is looking for a partner who will lead matters, develop client relationships and contribute to practice growth in the region.

Proven partner-level track record in M&A, private equity and/or capital markets; significant experience on technology or life sciences deals preferred.
Demonstrable client origination and relationship management skills; portable practice advantageous.
Strong transactional drafting and deal-management abilities across corporate and securities matters.
Ability to work collaboratively with industry and IP teams across multiple offices.
Active bar admission and JD or equivalent qualification.
