Lateral Partner, Healthcare & Regulatory Transactions — Los Angeles

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles office and lead work at the intersection of healthcare, regulatory and transactional matters. The role focuses on regulatory licensing, compliance counseling and healthcare-related corporate transactions across a broad client base.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with corporate, compliance and regulatory colleagues on cross-practice matters and help grow the team’s healthcare regulatory offering. This is a partner-level role with responsibility for originating work and managing client relationships; candidates with a portable practice are encouraged to apply.

• Established partner-level experience advising healthcare clients on regulatory licensing, compliance and transactional matters.
• Track record of cross-practice collaboration with corporate and compliance teams.
• Proven business development ability; portability of a book of business preferred.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and strong client-facing skills.
