Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join and grow its Healthcare practice in the San Diego office. The role will focus on advising life‑sciences and healthcare companies on transactional and regulatory matters, working with cross‑disciplinary teams on complex client matters.

We are looking for a senior practitioner who can develop client relationships, lead engagements, and mentor junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrated business development success in the life sciences/healthcare sector is viewed positively.

Partner-level experience advising healthcare and life sciences clients (transactions, regulatory, or related counseling).
Proven business development and client relationship skills; portable practice helpful.
Track record of supervising and mentoring associates and collaborating across practice groups.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (California preferred) and ability to work from the San Diego office.
